I help startups build technical teams by connecting them with engineers and AI talent who fit both the role and the company. I recently graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), where I studied psychology and criminal justice: two fields that taught me how people think, what motivates them, and how to ask the right questions. Between that and my work in customer service & volunteering in college, I learned how to listen, communicate clearly, and make people feel comfortable, which led me naturally into recruiting.

I grew up in a family of Bay Area tech recruiters, so you could say this work is in my blood. Outside of work, you'll usually find me hiking with my dog Woody or trying new recipes.
