As an internal recruiter, I scaled Coursera from 300 to 1,000+ employees and built engineering teams at Scale AI. I like the messy, high-context side of recruiting, figuring out what a team really needs and finding the person who fits it. Outside of work, I am chasing 2 little kids or planning my next race.
