I'm the founder and CEO of 1Five. Before this, I spent my career recruiting in-house at everything from Series A startups to Fortune 500 companies, where I built a reputation for landing the hires no one else could find: AI researchers and engineers. prior to 1five, I led strategic programs for the SVP of AI at Cruise and helped grow the AI org from 300 to 800 research scientists and ML engineers. I've hired employee #1 at pre-seed AI startups and helped public companies launch brand-new AI divisions. I started 1Five for the founders where AI hiring isn't one priority among many: it’s the critical path.

I'm grateful to have personally hired hundreds of engineers, scientists, subject matter experts, and leaders over my career. I've lived and worked in Seattle, the UK, and New York City, and in 2025 my family and I settled in the tree-lined suburbs of Nashville, TN, now home to 1Five HQ.
